Return & Exchange Policy

At Folio n’ Co., we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our return policy ensures a straightforward and customer-focused experience.

Return Conditions:

  • Your order must be placed through a registered account, not as a guest.
  • Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be:
  • In their original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • Returned in the original packaging, including any protective materials and tags.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Orders placed within 10 days prior to major occasions (including but not limited to Christmas, Ramadan, Easter, and Mother’s Day) due to high seasonal demand and limited stock availability.
  • Returns requested outside the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Free Return Allowance

  • To offer flexibility and reward our valued customers, only registered accounts are eligible for free returns. (based on email address or phone number) is entitled to two (2) orders per year.

You will be entitled to choose between:

  • Exchanging the item for another product of equal value, or
  • Receiving store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Additional Returns

If you have already used your yearly return allowance, you may still request a return within the eligible timeframe; however, delivery charges will apply.

In this case:

Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Kindly provide your order number and specify whether you prefer an exchange or store credit. Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be shared.

Defective Products:

If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos and a clear description. If validated, we will offer one of the following remedies at no additional charge: Full refund, A replacement of the defective item, or a store credit for future purchases.
